Do you feel comfortable and relaxed whilst you’re sat at your desk? Do you feel pain when you do? If so, you should definitely consider changing things up a bit in that case. Your desk chair should prevent you from feeling back pains and ergonomic equipment is always helpful if you feel signs of cramp or discomfort in your joints.
